The 2015 Grand Cru Vintage cuvée from Egly-Ouriet is a masterful expression of the Montagne de Reims terroir, produced in Ambonnay by SAS Egly-Ouriet .
Made from a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from vines classified as Grand Cru , this champagne is vinified with indigenous yeasts in oak barrels , without filtration. It benefits from a long aging on lees of 96 months , with disgorging in July 2024 and an Extra-Brut dosage of 1 g/L .
