A free and vibrant Champagne, the fruit of a committed terroir

This Egali'T Trois Cépages Brut cuvée, crafted by Éric Taillet , is a vibrant tribute to the diversity of Champagne. Predominantly composed of Meunier (95%) , complemented by a touch of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir , this wine reveals a rich aromatic profile, driven by a clay-limestone terroir in the heart of the Marne Valley .

Sourced from a 45-year-old vineyard undergoing organic conversion , it is vinified without filtration or cold stabilization, then aged on lees for over 36 months . The minimal dosage ( 2.5 g/L ) reveals the full purity of the fruit and the precision of the winemaking process.
