A free and lively Champagne, the fruit of a committed terroir
This Egali'T Trois Cépages Brut cuvée, signed Éric Taillet , is a vibrant tribute to the diversity of Champagne. Mainly composed of Meunier (95%) , complemented by a touch of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir , this wine reveals a rich aromatic palette, carried by a clay-limestone terroir in the heart of the Marne Valley .
Coming from a 45-year-old vineyard in organic conversion , it is vinified without filtration or cold storage, then aged on slats for more than 36 months . The minimum dosage ( 2.5 g/L ) reveals all the purity of the fruit and the precision of the gesture.
Produced with passion in Baslieux-sous-Châtillon by SAS Éric Taillet – NM-317-001 , this vintage is a true manifesto of freedom and authenticity.
