The Le Bois de Binson Extra Brut cuvée from Champagne Éric Taillet is a Blanc de Meunier from old vines planted in 1956 in the Montigny terroir.
This multi-vintage champagne (2018–2019) is aged in oak barrels on lees for approximately 9 months , with a cork draw and maturation of at least 48 months on slats and tips. Disgorgement is dated September 2023 , with an Extra Brut dosage of 1.5 g/L from a 2004 liqueur .
The plot is cultivated in organic conversion , in an approach that respects living things and the terroir.

An expressive nose of ripe red fruits , sweet spices and woody notes . On the palate, a full texture , fine bubbles and a persistent finish carried by the depth of the Meunier.
