The Le Bruyant Extra Brut cuvée from Champagne Etienne Sandrin is a single-plot expression from Celles-sur-Ource , from the 2020 harvest .
The plot is north-facing , on deep brown clays from the Middle Kimmeridgian , at an altitude of 180 metres , in a cool, wind-protected area. The wine combines 90% Pinot Noir with 10% Pinot Blanc .
Vinified without fining, filtration or cold storage, this wine is sensitive and should be kept above 6°C . Disgorgement is dated February 7, 2024 , with an Extra Brut dosage of 2 g/L .
