The Val Champignat Brut Nature cuvée from Champagne Etienne Sandrin is a single-plot expression from Celles-sur-Ource , from the 2020 harvest .
The plot is west-facing , mid-slope , on outcropping Upper Kimmeridgian limestone , at an altitude of 232 metres . The wine is made from 100% Pinot Noir .
Vinified without fining, filtration or cold storage, this wine is sensitive and needs to be stored above 6°C . Disgorging is dated February 7, 2024 , without any dosage ( Brut Nature ).
