The 2008 Extra-Dry L'Âme de la Terre cuvée from Champagne Françoise Bedel is an ode to the vitality of the terroir , cultivated biodynamically since 1998. The estate implements a holistic approach, respectful of the vine and its environment.
This champagne is composed of 50% Chardonnay , 30% Pinot Noir and 20% Pinot Meunier . It was aged for 14 years on lees before disgorging in June 2023. The Extra-Dry dosage offers a subtle roundness while retaining the minerality of the 2008 vintage .
The motto of the estate: “The knowledge of the land, the flavor of knowledge” .
