The Mon Village Extra Brut cuvée from Champagne Girard-Bonnet is a faithful expression of the Grand Cru terroir of Mesnil-sur-Oger , produced from old Chardonnay vines .
The vinification is carried out in barrels , with a blend of the 2021 harvest and a perpetual reserve in foudre. Disgorgement is dated December 16, 2024 , with an Extra Brut dosage of 2 g/L .
The cultivation is carried out with respect for living things, with biodynamic preparations , green manures and eco-grazing . The objective: to produce healthy grapes and limit inputs during vinification and aging.
