The PRISME.19 cuvée from Champagne Guiborat is a Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Extra Brut , produced from three plots of Chardonnay located in Cramant , Chouilly and Mont Aigu .
The base comes from the 2019 harvest at 83% , supplemented by 17% of reserve wines from 2018. This wine is produced without malolactic fermentation , drawn in May 2020 and disgorged in November 2023 , with a dosage of 2.5 g/L .
