The 2021 La Crayère cuvée from Champagne Hélène Charbaut is a single-plot expression of the Premier Cru terroir of Bisseuil , made from Chardonnay from the “Les Côtes” (1963) and “Les Rocheforts” (1962) plots.
Facing southwest on clay-limestone soil , these vines produce a vintage vinified and aged 100% in oak barrels . Disgorging on November 15, 2024, with a Brut Nature dosage and natural residual sugars .
