The Mi-Pentes Extra Brut cuvée from Lacourte-Godbillon accurately reveals the potential of the sandy-clay soils of Écueil , a Premier Cru terroir. This 100% Pinot Noir comes from 5 wines from 3 harvests , including 68% from the 2021 vintage .
Partial vinification in wood with 69% in 228 L oak barrels and 9 months on fine lees . The cuvée was drawn in July 2022 (corked) for a limited total of 4,399 bottles , then disgorged on March 4, 2025 with an Extra Brut dosage of 1.5 g/L . Production carried out by Géraldine Lacourte & Richard Desvignes , producers under the reference RM22691-01 .

Philosophy & viticulture
No use of herbicides since 2010. Organic conversion initiated in 2017, accompanied by a biodynamic approach since 2019. The house claims rigorous viticulture, without compromise.
