A high-altitude Premier Cru, precise and sunny
This Cuis Premier Cru Millésime 2019 Extra Brut cuvée, produced by Les Frères Mignon , showcases the mass selection of Chardonnay grown on a south-facing Cuis plot, planted in 1974 on chalky soil at a depth of 35 cm . This high-altitude terroir gives the wine a mineral tension, while offering it a beautiful aromatic maturity.
The vinification is natural, without fining or filtration , with a cold passage without intervention. The wine is bottled on July 22, 2020 , then aged for 52 months on slats before being disgorged on November 6, 2024. The light dosage at 2.4 g/L (Extra Brut) respects the saline and lemony balance of the vintage.
Confidential vintage, produced in Cramant by SCEV Mignon Gentil – RM-29223-01 , using artisanal and plot-based methods.
