The Causica Extra Brut cuvée from Champagne Lointier comes from a confidential terroir in Brasles , in the Marne Valley. Made from 100% Meunier , it embodies a free and low-intervention approach, highlighting the minerality of the Brown Limestone and the richness of the Fatty Clay .
Aged for 11 months in oak barrels and amphorae , this wine reveals a natural tension and a beautiful maturity. The light dosage of 0.8 g/L accentuates its extra brut profile and its saline finish.
