The Negra Extra Brut V21 cuvée from Champagne Lointier showcases the Les Gueuvazines plot , located in the Gland terroir. This 100% Pinot Noir embodies a production philosophy that is deeply respectful of nature.
Harvested at full maturity, the grapes are aged for 11 months in oak barrels . The minimally interventionist vinification process gives the wine complete freedom of expression. This approach gives the cuvée a vibrant authenticity, a rich structure and a unique aromatic signature.
