The 2020 Meunier Chardonnay Brut Nature cuvée from Domaine Nowack is a manifesto of viticultural freedom: a blend of Meunier and Chardonnay from the 2020 harvest, grown on clay soils resting on sandstone .
Aged in oak barrels , this champagne is produced without sulphur , without topping up , unfined and unfiltered . The cork draw in September 2021 reinforces its authenticity, and the disgorging in January 2024 reveals an undosed Brut Nature, deeply respectful of the grape and the place.
