The Meunier Chardonnay Brut Nature 2020 from Domaine Nowack is a manifesto of viticultural freedom: a blend of Meunier and Chardonnay from the 2020 harvest, grown on clay soils resting on sandstone .

Aged in oak barrels , this champagne is made without sulfur , topping up , fining , or filtering . The cork bottling in September 2021 enhances its authenticity, and the disgorgement in January 2024 reveals a Brut Nature with no added sugar , deeply respectful of the grapes and the terroir.
