Domaine Nowack 's Autre Cru Extra Brut cuvée is made from 100% Meunier grapes sourced from plots on both the left and right banks of the Rhône . The presence of trees and animals in the vineyard is an integral part of this holistic approach, which seeks to reconnect the vine to its mineral and living environment.
The wine is born from a slow and complete indigenous fermentation , without artificial intervention, following the simplest of rules. It is then aged in oak barrels to refine its texture and preserve its raw energy. It is disgorged in August 2024 and lightly dosed at 1.6 g/L to allow the fruit to speak for itself.
