Domaine Nowack 's 2019 Chardonnay Extra Brut cuvée comes from a precise harvest on a sandy limestone terroir set on marl . This 100% Chardonnay asserts itself in a lively reading of the soil and the 2019 vintage.
The wine is aged in barrels , then corked in May 2020 without fining or filtration, before being disgorged in January 2024. The low dosage of 2 g/L preserves its purity, its straightforwardness and its natural liveliness.
