The Domaine Nowack Chardonnay Extra Brut 2019 is made from grapes harvested with precision from a sandy limestone terroir resting on marl . This 100% Chardonnay expresses itself in a vibrant expression of the soil and the 2019 vintage.

The wine is aged in barrels , then corked in May 2020 without fining or filtration, before being disgorged in January 2024. The low dosage of 2 g/L preserves its purity, its straightforwardness and its natural vivacity.
