The Les Pommiers Extra Brut cuvée from Champagne Philippe Lancelot is a 2019 single-vineyard edition from a specific vineyard located in Épernay , selected for its unique expression of the terroir.

Produced by EARL Lancelot Wanner in Cramant , this cuvée is certified organic and biodynamic (Demeter ). Disgorgement took place on January 10, 2024 , with an Extra Brut dosage of 2 g/L and a total SO₂ of 16 mg/L .

The philosophy of the estate is clear: "Parcels and favorites", a quest for purity and emotion through the Champagne terroirs.
