The 4-element Extra Brut cuvée from Champagne Pierre et François Huré is a single-plot expression from the lieu-dit La Perthe in Ludes , in 100% Pinot Noir , 2018 vintage.
This champagne is the result of 18 months of fermentation and aging in demi-muids , with cork tapping to preserve the aromatic integrity. Only 1840 bottles were produced. Disgorgement is dated February 2024 , with an Extra Brut dosage of 1.7 g/L .
The philosophy of the estate is clear: "The work of the winemaker, through the choices he makes, guides the emotion aroused by these exceptional wines."

A precise nose of black fruits , sweet spices and woody notes . On the palate, a strong structure , fine bubbles and a persistent finish carried by the tension of the Pinot Noir.
