The La Loge Extra Brut cuvée by Pierre Gerbais showcases the rare Pinot Blanc Vrai grape variety. Produced from the family vineyard in Celles-sur-Ource in the Côte des Bar region , it is made from a perpetual reserve covering the 2011 to 2020 vintages.
The wine is drawn in June 2021 , disgorged in June 2024 , with an Extra Brut dosage of 1 g/L . This confidential cuvée, produced in only 3133 bottles , is vinified by SARL Champagne Pierre Gerbais – NM-397-001 .

Tasting profile
A champagne of great finesse, with an elegant nose combining white flowers , fresh pear and a vegetal touch. The palate is taut, straight, with a mineral structure and a saline finish revealing the depth of the perpetual reserve.
