The Les Blanchiens Brut Nature cuvée from Champagne R. Pouillon & Fils is a Premier Cru expression from the Mareuil-sur-Aÿ terroir, vintage 2017 .

Originating from Fabrice Pouillon's father's favorite plot , it embodies the founding spirit of all the house's wines . This DNA wine is composed of 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Chardonnay , grown on Upper Campanian clay-limestone soil.

The wine is vinified in oak barrels for 12 months , followed by aging on cork for 5 years . Disgorgement took place in the 4th quarter of 2023 , without the addition of sugar ( Brut Nature ).
