The Mer sur Mont cuvée from Champagne Rémi Leroy is the result of precision viticulture on the Portlandian soils of the Côte des Bar , with natural grassing and plowing .
Vinification is by plot on lees , without fining or filtration, with bottling in the spring following the harvest . Disgorging is dated December 2022 , with a Brut Nature dosage of 0 g/L .
