Blanc de Noirs – Authenticity of black grape varieties in biodynamic farming

Robert Barbichon 's Blanc de Noirs Brut Nature cuvée comes from the terroirs of the Côte des Bar , where the family has cultivated its vineyards for four generations. This champagne highlights the balance between 97% Pinot Noir and 3% Pinot Meunier , grown using biodynamic farming methods certified by Demeter andEcocert FR-BIO-01 .

A blend of 82% 2020 vintage and 18% 2019. Bottled on May 11, 2021 , then disgorged on December 19, 2024 ( lot L521 ), this wine is undosed (0 g/L) and reflects a precise and natural vinification.

Made in Gye-sur-Seine by EARL Barbichon-Prélat – RM-27522-01 , this champagne embodies the artisanal philosophy and respect for life.
