Robert Barbichon 's Blanc de Noirs Brut Nature cuvée comes from the terroirs of the Côte des Bar , where the family has been cultivating its vineyard for four generations. This champagne highlights the balance between 97% Pinot Noir and 3% Pinot Meunier , in biodynamic agriculture certified Demeter andEcocert FR-BIO-01 .
Blend of 82% 2020 harvest and 18% 2019. Drawn on May 11, 2021 , then disgorged on December 19, 2024 ( lot L521 ), this wine is undosed (0 g/L) and reflects precise and natural vinification.
Produced in Gye-sur-Seine by EARL Barbichon-Prélat – RM-27522-01 , this champagne embodies artisanal philosophy and respect for life.
