The 2021 Larmes de Meunier cuvée is a confidential edition from winemaker Simon Rion , produced in Courmas , in the heart of the Montagne de Reims Regional Natural Park. Vinified from 100% Meunier from the 2021 harvest, this cuvée illustrates an artisanal and radically plot-based approach.
Viticulture is based on mechanical tillage of the soil and natural grassing between the rows, promoting microbial life and biodiversity. The wine is aged for 11 months in 228-litre oak barrels , naturally cooled during the winter, without fining or filtration .
The disgorgement is dated February 2025 (batch not specified on the label), with a dosage of 1 g/L based on wine liqueur. Ultra-limited edition of only 307 bottles .
