Harvested in 2020 , drawn in September 2021 and disgorged in February 2024 , this cuvée is a pure Brut Nature : no added dosage, no compromise on authenticity.
Produced with respect for biodiversity and Ecocert organic certification , this bottle embodies the artisan's commitment. The aging is careful, without artifice, and the wine freely expresses its identity.
