The Les Terres Argileuses Extra Brut cuvée from Tristan Hyest , produced in Trélou-sur-Marne , highlights Chardonnay (100%) mainly from the 2020 harvest ( 80% ) and enriched with 20% solera wines .
Dosed at only 2 g/L and disgorged in November 2024 , this vintage offers a refined expression of the clay terroir, between mineral tension and floral elegance.
