Tristan Hyest 's Les Vignes de Trélou Extra Brut cuvée explores the power of Champagne's black grape varieties through a blend of Meunier (60%) and Pinot Noir (40%) , mainly from the 2020 harvest (65%) , supplemented by 35% solera wines .
Dosed at only 3 g/L and disgorged in November 2024 , this champagne reveals a full structure and a pure expression of the Trélou-sur-Marne terroir.
