This Blanc de Blancs cuvée comes from the Les Monts Ferrés plot, located in Voipreux , in the Côte des Blancs. It is made from Chardonnay grapes grown organically , according to the principles of Domaine Benoît Lahaye. The blend combines the 2016 and 2019 vintages, vinified and aged entirely in oak barrels , without the addition of sulfur, fining, or filtration.

The wine was disgorged in December 2023 , without dosage (Brut Nature), to preserve all the tension and minerality of the chalky terroir.
