This 2021 Vintage Brut Nature Grand Cru Champagne is a single-vineyard wine from "Le Jardin de la Grosse Pierre" in Bouzy. It is unique in that it comes from a plot planted with different old grape varieties, harvested on the same day , reflecting Champagne traditions from before standardization. This wine is aged on its lees in oak barrels and is sold without dosage (Brut Nature) . The estate is certified organic (FR-BIO-01) and biodynamic (BIODYVIN) . Disgorgement took place in December 2025.
