This Extra-Brut Grand Cru Blanc de Noirs Champagne is produced by SCEV Benoît Lahaye et Fils in Bouzy. As its name suggests, it is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes . The grapes come primarily from the "Vaux-Bétins" and "Raies Tortues" plots in Bouzy, two emblematic terroirs of the Montagne de Reims. This champagne has been aged on its lees in oak barrels . Its very low dosage (Extra-Brut) highlights the pure expression and richness of the Pinot Noir. The estate is certified organic (FR-BIO-01) and practices biodynamic viticulture (BIODYVIN) . Disgorgement took place in October 2025.
