Tasting profile

A complex and elegant Champagne. The nose offers aromas of ripe yellow fruits (peach, apricot), enhanced by notes of brioche, candied citrus, and a subtle chalky minerality. On the palate, it is full-bodied and vinous, balanced by a lovely tension, fine bubbles, and a long, saline finish.

Serving temperature: Serve between 10°C and 12°C

Food and wine pairings

It pairs perfectly with roasted poultry (Bresse), veal, fine shellfish such as lobster (in ravioli or roasted), or a sea bass carpaccio with citrus. It also complements mature cheeses (Munster, Mimolette).
