This 2014 Vintage Extra-Brut Grand Cru Champagne is produced by SCEV Benoît Lahaye et Fils in Bouzy. It comes from the Le Mont de Tauxières plot (Bouzy Grand Cru) . The wine is composed of 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay .

Its distinctive feature is its very long aging process, having remained on its lees for nine years . Bottling took place in July 2015, and disgorgement in December 2025. This extended contact with the lees, combined with initial aging in oak barrels and a low dosage (Extra-Brut), gives this wine exceptional complexity and aromatic richness. The estate is certified organic (FR-BIO-01) and practices biodynamic viticulture (BIODYVIN) .
