The Rosé de Macération cuvée from Champagne Benoît Lahaye is made from Pinot Noir from the Les Juliennes plot, located in Bouzy . This rosé is obtained by short maceration of whole bunches , an artisanal method that reveals the finesse of the fruit and the structure of the grape variety.
The wine is aged on lees in oak barrels and jars , using a natural and respectful approach. This champagne is certified organic (FR-BIO-01).
