The Rosé de Macération cuvée from Champagne Benoît Lahaye is made from Pinot Noir grapes grown in the Les Juliennes plot, located in Bouzy . This rosé is obtained through short maceration of whole bunches , a traditional method that reveals the finesse of the fruit and the structure of the grape variety.

The wine is aged on its lees in oak barrels and amphorae , using a natural and respectful approach. This champagne is certified organic (FR-BIO-01).
